Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival or the incorrect style item was shipped. Defective or damaged items will be accepted within 14 business days from the shipped date. Defective or damaged returns will be issued an exchange for the same style item or for store credit. If 14 days have gone by since your item was shipped, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labels.

To complete your return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Business Name
- Reason for Return
- Photo of Damaged Item(s)
Once your email is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation with a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be written on the original packing before shipping the package back. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to process. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
